Jesup Hall, located in the historical “Old Town Hall” building in downtown Westport, CT is committed to supporting our community and continuously sourcing the best product available to create our ever-changing menu and inspire our staff to constantly keep evolving, learning and excited. Chef/owner and four-time James Beard nominee Bill Taibe has created another unique eating experience in which the quality and freshness of the ingredients are central to communicating all Westport, and New England as a whole, have to offer.
Our “Kitchen Share” program has given us the unique opportunity to increase wages for our back the house staff. It is something we are incredibly proud of and will continue to promote, in hopes of providing a better quality of life for those members of our team who put forth such a tremendous effort preparing the food our guests enjoy every day.
